- Provide innovative solutions to problems and drive the design/development of components
- Effectively conveys message in both written and verbal development discussions
- Leveraging your Thought Leadership skills, you’ll engage, educate and enable your clients’ resources on Industry and Pega Best Practices
- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards, including review alert logs, running pre-flight and PAL.
- Enforce best practices in PEGA architecture design coding
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Ability to work and communicate effectively with programmers and other IT staff and non-IT functional areas
- Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using Pega System’s SmartBPM methodology and DCO tools
